When you install the template, there are a few custom module class suffixes that have been outlined for you to use. If you are having any trouble with it, please let me know and I will set up the primary demo for you.
May I ask whether the installation you performed was from the quickstart package you downloaded or not. Normally the permission error is caused by the server side but not the quickstart package. If you may, please download the latest version of Joomla3, perform a clean installation (do not install the sample data) and then if all goes well, then provide me with the admin login details I perform a quick customization for your site.
You may also try adjusting the permissions on your server side. Set the permissions to 777 and then try logging in once more.

If you install the sample data as outlined earlier, then you will be able to get the same layout as the demo site without necessarily populating your site with new data. All you have to do is change text and images.

You may deactivate the module installed in the position slider. This module displays info from revolution slider. Alternatively, edit the info contained in the Unite rev slider component.
I try to get the contact-form and the reservation-form in Dutch, but that doesn't work. I already installed the Dutch language pack and changed the site to Dutch.
