I've removed the password requirement from RS Firewall. I have other sites using RS Firewall and they post correctly.

Try to change the default template to one of Joomla templates: Beez3 or Protostar, the contact form will not work for you as well, you have to check your server logs, also you can try to disable all last installed extensions and plugins.

Special Services is not a module, it is component with 4 featured articles, the number of articles you can change in your Joomla admin panel -> Menus -> Main Menu -> Home -> Layout page, please see Intro Articles parameter.
