I am using these addons, but it seems that every css change I make, does not effect the design of the site (not only the headers, but also css-changes in sidebars does not change the lay out). Am I doing something wrong ? Has it something to do with the .less files (which I do not know).

Hello ANNDEMEYER,
You have to make changes in the tmpl.defaul.css or style.defaul.css files only, or you can create your own css and put it in the style.custom.css file.

In template 002057 I change content in the article Welcome to TechnoWeb .
After clicking on ' read more' it displaces the whole article on home page again with all modules. After clicking on read more I want to display the corresponding article only on new page. what should I do? Pls direct.

You have to make changes in css files. You can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using Mozilla or Opera Fireblug plugin:

1. You can change in your article source code only.
2. You have to create 4 articles an config newsflash modules for each of your articles, for more info please see the following documentation:
