Can you please provide us with username and password? You can put it in the Special info area under your Purchased items section of your AS account.
I'm trying to reinstall a clean version of the spa template. but the installation does not work. ik keep getting notifications about table errors after filling all the fields in step 1... i tried installing a clean joomla version and this works fine. is there a possibility to upload the premium version after installing joomla?

Probably it is because you have too old template version, you bought it 6 years ago.

I have paid for 1 year subscription of this template for one web, but now I need to use it for another web. How and how much do I need to extra pay for it? Hopefully not another regular license again. Unfortunately I did not by the extended license, Can we upgrade it to extended license with supplementary fee?

After spending more than THREE hours of my valuable, unrecoverable time trying to get your template working all to no avail.
I'm no expert but I DO know how to do a few things in Joomla, like creating a menu, categories, articles, etc. I having been playing with it on and off for over 15 years yet your template is proving to be VERY frustrating.
Can someone competent there please get in touch so I can get my site working properly.
Based on my several hours of frustration, I'm already considering getting a refund!

You can do it by editing exisitng css files or by creating your own css and uploading it in the style.custom.css file.
