I have little problem with my drop-down menu. When i set mouse indicator on the drop-down menu and its open, and i want to pick one of the positions, menu disapears. Sometimes it works fine but most of the time it's like i said. I must try many times this whole operation to work. It was tested on Chrome, Firefox and Explorer and the effect was exactly the same. I don't know maybe i should change a response time or something like this, i don't know how it's called. I'm new Joomla user.

thanks, I fixed it. The problem is that when a person from outside send us a comment through the contact form on the contact us page, the e-mail is not delivered. The contact form is not working.

What kind of error message are you receiving? Probably your hosting provider has some spam filter which blocks emails.

Anyway, I have a requested because I have downloaded my logo on the template AS002063 and I would like to know how I could remove the back grey picture behind my logo to have this part white.
I don't know how I can do it.
Is it possible to remove this picture from the CSS for having the back white and how?

What is your site url please, we have to see your logo.
I try to set up the multilingual web site and I followed the step in the tuturial in your web site.
Anyway, I downloaded your quickstart version and now I could see my web site. It is blank, all is blank.
1. I set up the languages that I wanted as French and English
2. I Enabled the langague filter plug-in
3. I Added some articles in French. I let all the setting from the quickstart exemple after the downloaded.
4. I set up the different menu English and French and I let the Main Menu
5. All the element already installed were converted in english language that is to say I set up with the english langague.
6. Then I transfered all the category under the main category english
7. I have created the category french before.
When I refresh now my web site, it is blank.
I don't understand where is the problem and I ask for help.

In the tmpl.default.css file please find the following class (line 1547):
.wrapper {
height: auto !important;
margin: 0 auto;
}
and remove '!important' declaration from height property.
I have made the configuration of the SMTP Server. The Mail Server is of course from the Hosting Provider. We configured it and made all the settings which you also sent me as description.
The Webmailer of the Provider is working. I am receiving e-mails from outside but I am not receiving e-mails that are sent through the contact form of the template. So is it the skript?

Everything should work just fine, try to check your server logs, probably your hosting provider blocks your emails.
You can easy check it by installing Joomla and template on another server from another provider.

I have downloaded your template model and I would like to change the pictures for all the AS Art Slider.
I have checked the basic and advanced options and I did not find the way to change the link to my pictures files and then change the pictures..
How can I do this?

I have contacted my Hosting Provider and they told me that I have to configure the Mail Server, but where?
The owner of the website is not receiving e-mails, which are sent through the contact from.
