I bought this template recently and I have an issue with the standard Joomla contact component. I can see the contact information but not the contact form, so I can't send a message to the contact. When I switch to another template the form is there. I have no idea what is wrong as I have not altered your files.

I created new modules (html module and a random picture) to position 7, and they came out to be underneath each other. How do I get them side by side?
i try to change the template color from "black" to another color, but I can not find the rows in the tmpl.default.css where I can write the now color in the css.
I want to change the color of the menue bar, the slider and the footer. can you help me ?

I had used Joomla before and have just got back into it. I found this template and it is just what I needed.
I downloaded the free version but found that your support team take great pleasure in telling customers that they can't help with the free versions.
So, I have purchased the Premium version and your support team are no longer telling me that they can't help me. They are, in fact, ignoring all my emails now.
The instructions on your website are quite vague.
I have installed Joomla 3 on my server. I have FTP access. To where do I upload the quickstart file? To where do I upload the template files? Do I unzip in the server or on my computer first?
I have tried a few things but nothing seems to be happening.
Do you have a phone number where I can get some help?

I found this template very useful, even in free version. I've done all customisation I need. Now I just want to pay for a premium version to remove "AS DESIGN" Copyright from the footer. That's all. Is there any possibility to upgrade free version to premium one, without customising it again?

It means you are running it on your localhost, in the php.ini file please find 'max_execution_time' parameter and increase it to 300 or 3000
Fantastic package. So much easier to work backwards from a full working site rather than trying to build one from scratch. However, I was wondering if you had a diagram with all of the module positions to make it easier to work our which is which?
I tried to integrate the social icon menu as it is shown in your example. It seems that the description in your howto - modules configuration is not detailled enough for me. I created in modules a menu but i don´t understand how this could help to show the icons an my website. In the meantime I create a custom html with icons but it doesn´t look like in your example and I´m missing the feature that the icons get read when the mouse is moved over them.
