I purchased this template on September 25 2019, from The problem as I stated in earlier comments is that the fields will not recognize any text that gets inputted into them. Every time I get the following errors.

Field required: Site Name
Field required: Admin Email
Field required: Admin Username
Field required: Admin Password
Field required: Confirm Admin Password

I have filled out these fields many times but I am not able to get past the installation page (first step configuration)

also, it looks like the CSS is having some issues as the Site Offline toggle does not look right if you would like to see the issues it is on the following address :
Our suggestion is to download the latest version from your AS account and reinstall it.

hi am using the this template for a few years now and never had problems but i whas changing as-position 6 to new content. and now there is one that i cant seem to get in line with the other 2.

on the home page in dutch its good i have duplicate it to the other langue but those 2 german and english are not working properly

any suggestions i am really out off ideas what it can be

The template can be updated by replacing the changed files on your server via FTP, unfortunately Joomla does not have any other way. The list of updated files you can find here:

Please do not forget about backup before performing any kind of update.

Good day to you and thank you for your reply, I am very small business who is learning as he goes, I have tried what you said to no avail and now extremely stressed out. I do not yet have the skill to upload via FTP and purchased your template in confidence that it would upload straight onto my back end from Zip file. You have helped me many times before to upload the demo files due to my being unable to upload them myself. Your feed has been very helpful and explains why the files are not uploading correctly on many occasions previously.
I really need your help to get this task completed.

You have never charged me before and considering all the templates I have bought from you I am very disappointed that you would take this approach now. I will go to your installation service but it will be the last template I buy from you as I am very upset and will be taking my business somewhere else.
It depends on the template author, some of authors are offering free installation service.
