My point is that the deduction has been made against my account but I didn't see the link under my account. I tried on two counts and both didn't work yet a deduction has been made by astemplates against my account. I have my account statement showing two deductions, same amount. No so enthused about this. How soon can it be resolved. Please cross check your account to verify. I didn't use paypal but the other.

I used " 2CO 2CHECKOUT", after I entered the details the final checkout didn't pass. I was to enter some code, which I did and yet it didn't go through. I checked my account and I see astemplates.com has made two deductions. I'm a regular customer to your templates so I am surprised this is happening.

Because we do not see any records our suggestion is to contact 2CO and ask for help.
How do I do that when I purchased the file on your website. It's your responsibility to contact them and update. I don't even know how to contact them. If you employed a third part to receive payments on behalf of your clients i think you have to do the follow up on our behalf. My bank statement has your name "as templates.com" as the source that made the deductions. Please reverse asap.

Please I sent another email via "questions" page. Please I need this thing to be resolved asap. I need the refund and and the download link. If not kindly refund all payments asap. I have a problem. When I install the sample data, I am unable to login to the admin panel. I choose the "default..." during the installation process. The site runs perfectly but the admin panel doesn't work with even with the correct password. I tried severally.

Your template is tricky! I managed to change the logo but it took me a century to figure out how to change it!
Now on your template you have got links
at the upper top right corner
DONORS, SUPPORT, DOWNLOAD, SETUP
These links point to your website. I want to edit them so that they point to external URL of my choice or they pin point to one of my website pages.
I searched every where there is no way unless one edits probably the code in php....
Can you please guide me on how to change this, which file or line I have to edit?
I will give you 2 business days.
