The issue was fixed by adding /templates/as002085/css/tmpl.rtl.css to the index.php file.
The template does not have any issues with showing featured articles, you are asking for blog items, the option should be developed.

For example: you click on HOME, you go to homepage but the active menu item is the second; you click on SERVICE, you go to homepage but the active menu item is the second.

2. The image you can find in the template images folder, image name: bg.row2.jpg
3. You have to put it in the template index.php file before head closing tab.

I tried install "as002085_quickstart", but my joomla 3.6.5 show issue for install "Cannot find Joomla XML setup file", this mean the template are not update for this last joomla version?

Hello JOSEPHUX,
You cannot install Joomla package on the existing Joomla installation. The quick-start package should be installed like regular Joomla installation. Before installing the package you have to delete your previous Joomla installation.

Yes, you can update your Joomla to the latest version, the template is fully compatible with the version 3.6.5
