Good morning Team
I tried to start from the plain template and a site like the demo but my bottom header is not overlapping the slider. I use the tools and found that I had to change this:
#bottom-header-row.shift-top
margin-top: -80px; Had to set to -200px to get same effect.
overflow: hidden;
padding: 0 0 80px;
position: relative;
Is there something that I did externally to cause this?

Hello ROBMAN8,
Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, here you can find some more info: http://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-documentation/550-002097

How do I move the "our approach" heading from the main content on the About page? I can't seem to see it anywhere but on that page.I've looked in the Articles, the Modules even the Menus.

Hello ROBMAN8,
The page heading you can change in your Joomla admin panel -> Menus -> Main Menu -> About menu item under Page Display tab see Page Heading parameter.
The scrolling in the template is not smooth (also in the demo preview). Is there a way to smooth the scrolling. It seems to be just occur on the desktop version (Mac Sierra, Chrome 53.0.2785.143 (64-bit)). The mobile version is ok.
I get a blank part (as there is a blank line) between the mainmenu top and the bottom of the top header row
(the website is foro-tech.gr).
It suppose it has to do with the tmpl.default.css but I would appreciate if you could make my life easier, giving me the exact corrections I have to make on the css

You can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using Firebug plugin: https://getfirebug.com/
On page "http://www.strefaszkla.pl/oferta" after clicking on the "Szkło kominkowe - żaroodporne" open "http://www.strefaszkla.pl/oferta/17-szklo/20-szklo-kominkowe-zaroodporne".
How to make the description "Szkło kominkowe to w rzeczywistości specjalny gatunek przejrzystej ceramiki. Zwykłe..." was at the top.
