I am looking to purchase this template... I would like more details on installation as the last template I downloaded from you guys had no readme, and the instructions HTML page actually gave instructions for a "Quick install" yet the install didnt work in the slightest.
I've been using Joomla and Joomla extensions and themes for quite some time, however the one I downloaded yesterday was flat out broken.

How does a customer know your product works if they cannot at least try it out? I downloaded https://www.astemplates.com/freedownload/209 yesterday, and the only instructions I get are "Unzip this first"... when I try to use any of the stuff inside it, it flat out does NOTHING...
I was only downloading this particular template to check out how your templates respond... I am considering purchasing https://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-details/765-pt-builder but I dont know as of yet if I can trust your templates, because the one I tried yesterday doesnt work.

The free template 002058 does not come with quick-start installation package like any premium version, after installing the quick-start package your website will look exact like the demo preview page.

As a follow-up, we do offer extra support in case you do not achieve the same appearance as the demo site. If your server meets all the specifications for running a Joomla website, then you are guaranteed that by installing the quickstart package you will achieve same results as the demo site.
I have updated my joomla install to run on PHP 7.2... I need the updated unite revo slider sent to me so that it works correctly.

Sorry I could not reply to your previous comment directly since it contained your login details. I did login to your site. It is the mega menu module (Grue menu) that is causing that effect. There is an option to deactivate the swipe and also deactivate it on mobile since there is already an offcanvas menu built into the template.
Hi, I found problems with the UNITED SLIDER component and the ZT PARALLAX module. The UNITED SLIDER module at some point, while working on something else, such as items or menus, disappears and is no longer displayed in the front end. Simultaneously ZT PARALLAX is defeated. I have reinstalled the template several times but it always gives me the same problem, at a certain point UNITED SLIDER and ZT PARALLAX are defeated.

This is usually caused by a jquery conflict. Whenever this happens, you can turn off jquery of one extension, or don't use the two conflicting extensions on the same page. I will login and check.
I have checked and the issue is caused by grue menu module. Please allow a few days I work on the module to fix the issue. In the meantime, you can choose to continue using the grue menu module, or you can disable it and use the default template menu. Let me know.
