We are sorry, since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds/exchanges once the order is accomplished and the item download link is provided. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item/design on our site.
Well, I would understand that if the "item" I purchased was functioning as promised when I purchased it. That is okay though. You'll lose a customer now and I love to do reviews. I can't even use the template. I really appreciate you trying to make this right.

This is a small issue which should be fixed today, anyway, we checked your account, this is not a first template you have purchased from us, so you can make exchange with any other template developed by ASDesigning, the template price should be the same as well. Just please let us know the template name.
I had received an email, I think regarding an updated version of this template. If the problems are fixed, can you email me the new version? tracidb80@hotmail.com.
I like the templates you have and will continue to order from you, but I have to be able to use the templates effectively. Thank you for reviewing my account to see that I order regularly. If there still is not an updated version for this template, let me know and I will choose another that is the same price.

Hello TRACIDILLARD,
The template was updated yesterday and contains all bug fixes for separate menu items, the latest version you can always download from your AS account, the list of updated files you can find on the following page: http://www.astemplates.com/item.news.php?id=96
After adding a new article there are strange titles of all right and left column positions of all my article pages:
class='hc_select_index' id='hc_select_index17'>
For example this page - http://www.photomaker.pro/index.php/master-klassy/tekhnika-fotosyemki/30-fotosemka-s-mostov-i-shosse
This problem is only on article pages - on the main page and pages of categories everything is ok.
And strangely - this problem is constantly in my default browser Firefox, in another browsers (Safari, Chrome, IE) it appears only after several quick switchings of pages.
Disabling of the new materials are with no any results.
There were no new updates neither Joomla no Firefox.
Can you suggest what could it be and how can I repair this problem?

Not sure, but probably the problem comes from HYPER COMMENTS module, you can try to disable all modules one by one in case to find the module which makes you problems.
since the update main menu submenu items are not turning to red when hover position1
I need all main menu submenu items turn to red when hover please
also
I added some menu items to Top menu position 4 they are not following the pattern the items I added are red instead of white when hovering turn to black (instead of red by default) ,,, the font size is bigger and positioned not in line with the other 3 default menu items
please advise

Have you made any changes in the index.php file, there is missed <div> closing tag, as result all content moved to the header. Please check all your installation files, or reinstall the template.
I double checked my files then i checked some online ,, all the div were in place
anyway I reinstalled Joomla and quickstart the issue is still there please check http://tinyurl.com/cnkjha2 ,,, package joomla3 quickstart

We checked your site one more time, the menu in position 1 looks fine, we don't see any problems, in position 4 you have to add image exact like for other menu items.
The problem with title in left menu is gone after you reinstalled the template.

Also - is there any easy way to keyword search through item comments, or do I just have to read through all 800+ to look for a topic?
