The template version 5.0.0 was fully recreated, changed all module positions and files structure. It will not work just by replacing the previous template version.
If you decided to move to the new version you need to build your existing site from scratch using the quick-start package.
I am new to astemplates and a lot of template settings and module configuration are confusing. Takin AS Template 002031 as a case study.
The search module is said to be in as-position-4 but does not show when placed
The what do we offer and what is new is said to be in as-position-6 but how do we get the 2 read more button for only one module
Also, the social button in as-position-3 and the testimonial module in as-position-30 are not found in the template package
Also, how do we insert images in the AS Art slider module.
I do not know the purpose and usefulness of mod_articles_news_adv, mod_news_pro_gk4 and Phoca Gallery Image Module.
Please help!

Hello MAILLAWALE,
The best way to learn Joomla and our templates is to install quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

After installing the quickstart, i discovered that all the modules in as-position-30 are automatically arranged vertically but all the modules I put in that position displays horizontally. Is there anything I have done wrong. The template is AS Template 002031

It seems you did not set bootstrap size under module advanced parameters, the maximum is 12 columns, if you have 3 modules in this position you have set it to 4 columns for each.
It is possible to change width of AS ArtSlider? i disable search module and logo so AS ArtSlider is set to left side. I search in code but i cant find it. In older version of this template i have set width but here in new i can't find it.

If I change template style on "coffee" (for example) it is impossible to write into the cells of contact (like: name, e-mail etc). Something
wrong is happens with characters. They change colour for white. Can you help me, please? Its happens in my sit and in demo in your service.

You can't set it to 5 because your slider size is 8 columns, as we mentioned in our previous post the maximum columns in row is 12.
