When attempting to load up the sample data it requires the database name. I have no idea what it is or where it's at and I get an error message. I can't proceed any further. The source files are loaded on my site. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I found the answer elsewhere. I had to create a MySQL database first within cPanel on my hosting site (GoDaddy) and establish the User Name, Password and database name. Plugged that info in, got to the final part of installing with the sample template and data and it just sat on the install screen. Canceled out of it, tried again and it installed fine. Your instructions for connecting to the database are pretty vague and leave out a fair amount of instruction to the user. I don't do this often so the solution, while seeming simple and logical enough, didn't come to me immediately. Just my feedback/suggestion, Otherwise, I like the look and feel of the template and it presents itself very professionally.

The map on my Contact page wants to default to the template Canada map. Sometimes when I refresh it changes to my address and sometimes not. I'm pretty sure I've flushed the browser cache. Any suggestions or ideas why this is happening?
