Joomla! Template 002060 - Item Support


I've bought the template and have some problems with the menu... I use on two points a drop down menu. All is working perfect, but if I log in to edit the articles from the frontend, the drop down doesn't work... This is very important, because the customer should can edit all of the articles from the frontend. He dosen't want to use the backed. How can I fix this?

I've noticed that there is also the same problem when you go to the contact form. In this case you even don't need to be logged in... I've made you an editor account:

Have you installed this template using quick-start installation package? You have missed something in the configuration.

It was a quick-start installation and all was ok. I've wrote the documentation also. There also another problem. There appears to be a horizontal bar on the bottom of the page creating extra blank space on the right hand side of the screen...

It means you have deleted some settings, because after installing the package everything should work just fine, as you writing in your comment 'all was ok'. Try to reinstall it one more time.

I have problems with the template and internet explorer 10 and 11. the problem exist with your demo site also. If you open the site with internet explorer, the photos in the circles doesn't look fine. The circle borders are broken. The site looks fine on the mac and with google chrome on windows. I didn't check other browsers now. What should I do to fix that? The address to the site is

When I use Ozio Gallery the sub menus dosen't work... But with other template all work perfectly.

You will notice that the sub menus doesn't work on hover, but if you go to another page there all work perfect. This happens only with the Osio Gallery. What could be the problem and how can I fix it?
