It can be changed by editing css files. You can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using Firefox DevTools or Firebug plugin: https://getfirebug.com/
I am currently setting up a website with the Perfect Rent theme. I imported all the demo content and I'm gradually switching things over to my own content.
I'm having trouble with two things - switching over some of the demo images and changing the colours of certain features.
IMAGES - I can't find where to change the image that's stuck to the background behind the footer widgets on the homepage. I also can't find how to change the header image at the top of each page (your brown perfect rent one).
COLOURS - I read your answer above about editing the css files to change colours, but you don't say where to find these css files or how exactly to edit them. I do know css, so I've tried adding my changes into the custom css section yet that doesn't seem to do anything.
In the files I downloaded from you, I went to documentation > css and opened that css file. It doesn't have the colours in it that I'm trying to change though (eg. the bright lime green and all the brown).
There's also a bit of cream/yellow under the Contact Section on the homepage even though I changed the background colour of that section.

'/wp-content/themes/megawp/assets/css/layout_1/main.css' file the following class (line 13882):
The header background image is a part of revolution slider.
Colors you can change by editing the same '/wp-content/themes/megawp/assets/css/layout_1/main.css' file, you can easy determinate the css class by installing and using Firebug plugin Firebug DevTools: https://getfirebug.com/

Bonjour je souhaite installer un site avec WP (je fais habituellement avec Joomla) Votre théme Perfect Rent me plaît beaucoup mais dans la démo je trouve que la navigation entre les pages est un plus longue que sur d'autres thèmes que j'ai consulté. Est-ce normal ou il y at-il un réglage.
