The letter spacing parameter you can edit in the '
/templates/as002046/css/tmpl.default.css' file in the following class (line 1416):
But our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation.
my As ArtSlider came with template AS002052 and worked quite for a perid. After a regular Joomla update the slider stopped presenting pictures. I just see the moving circle and nothing is happening. Doing a scna into my download zip-folder I recognized that my version is from 2013-07-29 where the latest version is from 2014-09-25. Would it be possible getting an update or do I have to buy a new license?

It is known issues, and it was fixed some time ago, the patch for fixing this problem in the Joomla 3.3.6 version you can download from here: http://astemplates.com/patches/_item.zip
Unzip the package and upload the _item.php file in 'modules/mod_as_artslider/tmpl' folder on your server.
Or you can provide us with an access to your Joomla admin panel and we will fix it for you.
Hi! I installed the free AS 002071 template on a Joomla 3.4 site, and then I installed the AS ArtSlider extension, but could never get the slider to show any images. I had articles in a category called for-as-slider, defined with intro text and intro images, so that was not the problem. Was it maybe a compatibility issue with Joomla 3.4 what's keeping the slider from working? My site is on Localhost, so I cannot show it... I'm hoping you have a couple ideas of what could be wrong based on other people's feedback...

Using template 002063 quick start installation. All is fine.
However, with the ASArtSlider when I click on the Read More button the full text is half way down the page. On your demo the full article appears directly underneath the main menu when Read More is clicked - so no need to scroll down to view whole article.
What am I doing wrong in the parameters config?

I can't get you link for my app because there is no hosted yet, only my local machine.
I am setting my images all to 300 px high but some pics display Ok while others are stretched so large that the user can only see a section of the image that fits into my slider? Is there something special I need to do when saving my images?? Its driving me nuts.

After a regular Joomla update (3.4 to 3.4.1) the slider stopped presenting pictures. I just see the loading circle but nothing happens. No image were loaded.
