The slider doesn't have urls for pictures, it display article's intro image with the article title and intro text.
Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
Hello, I'm using 2031 and it seems inpossible to get the Art slider in position 5. The slider is shown under the logo from left to right.
So it's not possible for me to put it right to the logo on the left side. Please help me. I've tried many options.

I use template 2052. To configure AS Artslider is a seams to be a little bit tricky.
I have an article with an Intro Image and Intro Text with READ MORE.
1) How can I position the Intro-Text in the picture?
2) After pressing READ MORE, the content open, but the Intro Image would only be an "pinwheel"?
3) Whats the meaning of the Slider Options Alignment & Height?
4) How did I get an Fixed Slider with an Box around the picture?
5) What's the best picture size for Artslider?
I installed the quick-start package, but their the slider is used only for pictures, not for articles.

Then I bought your template as 002041.
I have a problem to make As Artslider working. I have installed the extension you provide but I wonder if I need to install other modules. You write " Joomla Articles Newsflash module and Camera Slideshow jQuery plugin." Shall I install these modules?
I cant see any picture or where to put them?

ok, i've read a bunch of comments, and read all about installing with quickstart for the template i've purchased. IT DOES NOT WORK!
I need a simple answer:
- while installing the AS article slider in position 3, i created the category slider, and 2 articles in it, configured the module exactly as shown in the documentation, enables, assigned to menus, tried with and without "read more" read line. but whatever i try and open the page, it keeps scrolling the circle as if it is loading, but never actually shows the articles.
Help!!!

Thanks for your answer but despite I did what you told me this doesn't explain at all what was wrong. Because now apparently it works BUT when I try to change in the templates configuration the word "Artisan" for the logo, nothing changes. Same for the slogan text, nothing can be changed..
The second serious problem is when I try to change any picture for the slider. I go to article manager and go to "images and links". When I hover on the link of the image I got a forbidden sign and of course I cannot put any other pictures or url here.
For your information after I did the successful quick_start I updated joomla as requested by the system to version 3.2.7. May be there is a compatibility problem.

We think some of files were corrupted during the upgrade, the version 3.2.7 is not latest Joomla version, you have to upgrade it to 3.3.6.

I am using the template of the demo. So what I want is to have the same picture grid as you on this page. Inside the template description it says that you use AS Art Slider. I suppose it is used for the picture grid.
I have managed that the pictures slide by, one after the other. But what do I have to do that the pictures will appear one next to the other in a grid-like structure like on your demo page? I have overlooked all the configuration parameters and cannot find the right switch.

When I released site in operative environment all sections worked fine.
Now, after about six month, Art Slider not work!
I don't changed configuration, I don't changed Joomla! articles for linked category. I have only updated site with last Joomla! version (3.3.6) but I don't know if the problem was highlighted after this update.

where can I find the "Intro Image" Path ? On my Website the Picture's dont show now, in the past i works great....
