Open the admin section of the template > optins > settings > customizer. There are various options available for changing colours of different sections. For example, to change the blue colour for big modules, scroll down to panel while the advanced box is ticked and then for primary background, enter the colour of your choice.

As I had mentioned in the previous comment, the upcoming update will include presets for different colours that have already been made. Yours will just be to select on from the layouts section of the template admin area.

There is an update which I have already provided to the admin at ASTEMPLATES to upload so that it is available for download. It contains preset for dark colours.

For the hero layout, it uses uikit grid html code. Here is an example of how to achieve this:

Replace the content with yours. The secret is to alternate the divs for image and content to achieve the alternating layout. Just to ensure that no html code is lost via Joomla content editor, I have set the default editor to "none" for admin super user. You can turn this back on via the users section. I will be providing more detailed info via my website primertemplates.com on how to play around with grids.

Open maxwell template > options > Settings > Customizer. Make sure that the "Advanced" box is ticked. Scroll to "Buttons, Navs & Badges." Under Buttons, Navs & Badges, scroll down to "Logo Background." Choose any colour using the colour selector. You can also have a transparent background by dragging the horizontal bar either to the extreme left for complete transparency or vary it opacity.

Send it to info[at]primertemplates.com. To update, back up any code you've made changes to first, then upload the latest version. It will overwrite the existing one.

To fix a particular element or div, add data-uk-sticky after class. For example, in your case, you have the div:
<div id="pt-menu-bar" class="pt-menu-block">
This would become: <div id="pt-menu-bar" class="pt-menu-block" data-uk-sticky>

To add this code, open template folder > layouts > theme.php. Replace the code in line 45 with this one above.
