In the Joomla! admin panel please go to the Template Manager:Edit Style, on the right side open the Slider Configuration Parameters panel, your text you can put in the Caption field under Slider Images.
Recently i purchased the template which seems to be great. However following my tries to upload it i meet the below issues/errors.

Can you please provide us with an URL? We would like to see it.
I am familiar enough with Joomla to know where to look for the text box - but it is not there. I had problems installing so maybe that part of the instal is separate to the main template. Is it possible that I need to instal it?

url you need. What I am saying is that I do not have an option for a text box under slider configuration. It has images and then ”Slider Caption” without any space to insert the text. I am wondering if I have installed correclty as I could not install all files.

You did not told us about the slider. Yes, you are right, you have put your text in the slider 'Caption' field.

yesterday I purchased this template. Now I am trying to find out how I can the slider appear on each homepage (not on every, just the starting page of each language) on a multi-language page.

We just fixed this issue. You can download it from your account and upload on your server.
Despite the fact that i have tried many changes in order to fix the issues that i face but without success, can you please confirm that the template is compatible with the joomla 2.5.1??
