Joomla! Template 002035 - Item Support

Hi I bought this template and for some reason it is not uploading!! I uploaded the free version with no problem at all but this version is not installing can you please advise?

I am a beginner in Joomla, so I ask you to have some patience. :)
How many levels are possible to use in the side menus with your template?
When i put the second level option, they stay upon others options from first level.
There are any solution for this or your template is same like that?

I dont think it is a problem whith the installation but with the template it self.

Are these, known errors of the premium template?
Could someone tellme how to fix it?

How I can do that by passing the mouse over the main menu the drop down menus appear? Dropdown menu only appears if I click on the main menu item (parent of drop down menu items).

It would be nice to support me with a joomla full install version with your sample installation. it would enable me to see your configuration and to learn what to do. Wouldn't it be easy to do so?

I have the free version installed and working - bought the premium upgrade (joomla 2.5) -- when trying to install it says it cannot find the xml file. What do I need to do to use the premium upgraded version?
