i just stated to install as002035 using quickstart,
but problem come out when fill in database on page 2 of installation steps "can not connect to database"
I tried to change sql then sqli but no effect
my cpanel server using PHP 563 version

You have to contact your hosting provider and ask for your database hostname, username and password, sorry we do not have such information for you.
