To take care of the logo padding and margin issue, I'd recommend that you use advanced custom html module to display mobile logo. Using this module eliminates the <p></p> which causes the logo to have abnormal padding. This module can be downloaded free here: http://www.pluginaria.com/
While creating the mobile logo using custom advanced html, just insert the link to your logo image without <p></p>, for example, <img src="image_path" />
