Que significa esto? es por eso que no funciona la plantilla ni cambia de color?

Yo compre la plantilla en el dia de ayer y estuve todo el dia tratando de hacerla funcionar. Primero Instale el sistema Jooomla 2.5.14 y luego la version 3. x y no cambio el color en ninguno de los casos. Luego me escriben de soporte y me dicen que instale el paquete quickstart, asi lo hice pero no se puede instalar desde el sistema joomla, asi que lo hice por Cpanel que es lo mismo que por Ftp. Lo instale y lo descomprimi, pero en ningun caso se instalaba la plantilla Atlantis como se ve en el demo.

Llevo haciendo esto cerca de 3 años, he instalado muchas plantillas y las que fallan son las free o demo, pero las compradas no deberian fallar.
Hace unos dias, instale una plantilla comprada en este sitio y con muy pocos cambios se parece a la original y es mas barata que la de ustedes, pueden verlo aqui:

Estoy muy enojado porque en su sitio web no dice que el template tenga tantas complicaciones, que deba trabajar en Joomla 3.x, si yo la compre para la version 2.5 y ademas tengo tantas cosas que hacer y perdi todo un dia por esto.

Voy a hacer una instalacion limpia de mi Cpanel para Joomla 2.5.14, la otra version no la conozco aun, y despues les envio los datos de acceso a la administracion de joomla, la quiero funcionando como en el demo, sino quiero que me devuelvan el dinero o me den la plantilla Interior Pros, la otra se las devuelvo si no la puedo usar y estoy perdiendo tiempo, dinero y esfuerzo



I bought the template in the day yesterday and I spent the whole day trying to make it work. First Install the 2.5.14 Jooomla then version 3. x and no color change in any of the cases. Then write to me and tell me support to install the quickstart package, so I did but you can not install from the joomla system, so I did it for Cpanel which is the same as for FTP. We install and decompressed, but in no event Atlantis was installed template as seen in the demo.

I've been doing this about 3 years, I've installed many templates and failing are the free or demo, but those purchased should not fail.
A few days ago, install a template purchased on this site and with very few changes to the original looks and is cheaper than yours, you can see it here:

I am very angry because on their website it says that the template has many complications, which should work on Joomla 3.x, if I buy it for the version 2.5 and also I have so much to do and lost a whole day for this.

I'll do a clean install of my Cpanel for Joomla 2.5.14, the other version did not even know, and then I send the login details to the administration of joomla, I want to operate as in the demo, but I want you back money or give me the Pros Interior template, the other return them if I can not use and I'm wasting time, money and effort

Hi.
I have only one issue, the fonts are not loaded in IE8. I am using Joomla 3.1.
I checked the IE8.css files but nothing was there to change font handling.
Can you help me find a fix for this please?

I have bought your Atlantis template, but I am having a hard time with it.

I wanted to build a Joomla 2.5 site with it, since the customer cannot figure out how to use Joomla 3.0.

When I installed the 2.5 Version, all the extensions from your demo were missing, and cannot be installed separately (for example, the frontpage slider extension is missing, as are others).

So I installed the Quickstart instead, but it is Joomla 3.0, which I don't want.

I want a Joomla 2.5 site with all the features from your demo. This is not possible.

Please advise what I should do. Can you supply a Joomla 2.5 quickstart package with the demo content and extensions?
Or could you at least send all the extensions used, so I can try and build the 2.5 version myself?

I have purchased the Atlantis 186 template for my Website, that uses JOOMLA 2.5. I want to customize it by adding filter sliders to the product page and few other menus. But, when I open the edit page in the template manager, it shows me no code in HTML or JScript and so, I cannot customize it. Also, unlike other templates, I am unable to view the code for the different modules/codes so that I may change it according to my website requirements. Please help.

With regard to my previous question, I would like to elaborate that I am unable to view the template code, when I open the "Edit page" of the template through the template manager. I need to edit the code in order to customize the look of the template, like adding some slides, changing the size of menus etc. All this is not visible when I open the edit page of the template, like it is visible incase of other templates that shows the entire source code in HTML, JScript or which ever language has been used. This is preventing me from altering the look and feel of the template according to my website requirements. Please help.

I appreciate your help. It has given me an idea of what I am dealing with. I need just another information though. Where do I find the php, javascript files , so that I may change their code using my text editor ? Please tell me how to locate these files and also, do I just normally change the code and save the changes to customize the pages? Need urgent help please.

I am facing the following problems while trying to customize the Atlantis template for my website :-
1. unable to remove the background image (in black) along the breadcrumbs ; I want to remove this image and add some other image in its place
2. On activating the template, the items in the menu bar are not visible anymore (the menu bar vanishes)
3. unable to alter the size of the slideshow frame
4. unable to add carousal to the template and images to the carousal
5. unable to add image crawler in the template and images to image crawler
6. twitter,facebook, google+ buttons appear for each item in the template (should appear only once in the template)

Please help me solve the above problems, as I am unable to proceed further and have reached a deadlock. I will be very thankful, otherwise the template will not be usable.

Hi all.... I bought this template three weeks ago but now I know that it's very complicate to install and to use.
The first questione.
How can create a on mouse over on the pic like as your demo (where i read Architectural Practices, Equipment for hire and Construct Arc Designs ).
The second question is do u want help me? :D
