1. Is there a possiblity, to install sample data without new installation including whole joomla?
2. The responsive design does not work in the main menu, means, It disappears in making smaller size. But I do not want to give URL in public ....

1. Yes, it is. The current Joomla installer may not work during the installation, but I am providing an update to the quickstart tonight to solve this installation issue. Please give it a few hours for it to be uploaded to the server.
2. To display the menu in mobile screens, create a new menu module, select the menu to be displayed and assign it to module position "Offcanvas"

Not all of them. The problem started with Joomla3, but I have found away of working around it.
You will find the updated version when you download the files once more. The updated version was uploaded last; and if you check the "last update" date, it says yesterday.
But I wonder, where I can find more information about the handling with the templates, like this thind with the offcanvas.
Within the 10 pages more is not a lot.
And something for you to check, about this form:
"notify me when a comment is posted" is not working in my case. I also checked the spam und junk, no mail arrrived.
