Good afternoon, I've just purchased the template no. 002057 but I'm facig a problem in the installation process of he quickstart.
Furthermore Joomla does not let me to delete the installation folder and does not let me to go further
I upload it via ftp, then I digit on the browser the web site address, then joomla uploads the installation but it results in the web site "offline"
can you help me?

It seems you do not have enough permissions on your server for deleting/installing packages, can you install default Joomla package from https://downloads.joomla.org/ website?
after the template update I could also install the Joomla Update (3.8)

The template is fully compatible with the latest Joomla version, but we suggest you to perform your website backup before the update, probably you have extensions which are not compatible with Joomla version 3.8

I have a Problem with the Template, i installed the Quick installer and the admin panel is working but the page are say "0 - Using $this when not in object context". All Modules are Included. I don`t know what i can do. I have login information in the Special Info in my account can you pls look ?

is this template Joomla 3.8 compatible?
The installation of Joomla 3.8 freezes and give me an error message: the file could not be written.
The page could only be used after restoring a backup point.
Do you have a solution or a tip for this problem?
