I personally didn't remove the banners, only wrote it that way because I didn't think I had to explain. However, this is only my 2nd Website design & I am still learning; I asked someone who said they knew Joomla for assistance & they turned it off & made some other errors & I'm afraid to allow them to touch the site again..having said that, if I had known how or where those banners were that were turned off, I would never have asked the question & I find your half answer to be very short & somewhat condescending...

Hello, I've sent this question previously & didn't get an adequate response. there seems to be a glitch in the ASMenu's on my site for the WC Community, Ralph Sampson, Contact pages, the banners were not deleted as perviously thought & for some reason are not showing up, can you please advise?

regarding the banners, if they were not deleted, what is the status of the banners, probably you have just 'publish' them in the Joomla admin panel Module Manager?

I made a new menu item which goes directly to the Blog 3 column layout. In the overview the headimage is shown but clicking on an article there is an empty space i nthe header. In the other article the header is shown? Any idea?

Recently we designed our site using 002057 template. Url is www.trayii.com We have a problem with logo size in IE and Firefox browsers. Logo is becoming big while using these two browsers.
In Chrome it is rendering properly as expected. We are not able to figure out the problem.
Please help us solve the issue.

Yo have too big logo size, it is 1,417px × 518px, you have to make it smaller using any images editor.
Looking at the comments above, I'm going to take a chance and assume this is where we post questions.
On Template # as002057, I need to widen the logo from 2 columns to 3 columns. When I do, Module position 1 (AS Menu) stays the same size (940 px) and overlaps the logo so it drops down. Are positions 1 and 4 supposed to adjust depending on the width of the logo? If not, is there a place where I can adjust it manually? (other than editing the bootstrap.css code)

You have to change the menu bootstrap size, it can be done in your Joomla admin panel -> EWxtensions -> Module Manager -> AS Menu -> Advanced Options -> Bootstrap size.
I would like to change my site title icon to my company logo. I am not able find from which location the default icon is referencing. I created a icon file placed in root directory but it didn't worked.
Please help me to find the solution. Thanks for your support.

I was working on some user access settings. For a while I left the admin site idle. When I try to access admin site session expired and login screen appears.
After logging into the admin section it was showing blank screen with footer text and link to site and user settings at top right corner. Even slider on my site is not working and submenus are not shown.
I tried refreshing the cache and restated system. Still same problem.
could you please help me to find out the reason behind this.

By default joomla icon is shown in browser title. In place of Joomla icon I would like to use our company logo icon.

You need favicon.ico uploaded in the templates root folder, in your case it should be: www.trayii.com/templates/as002057/favicon.ico
