Joomla! Template 002059 - Item Support

We are sorry, your membership subscription does not include our support as indicated here :
You may ask for upgrading it here:

Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, here you can find some more info:

Thanks for upgrading template 002059. However, uploading through upgrade does not work. Message: "there is already a template that uses this folder. Are you trying to reinstall the same template?
Possibly the code "method = upgrade" is missing? can you still solve that? Thanks in advance.
Hello PIM1949,
Unfortunately Joomla does not have an option of upgrading templates via the Installation manager page, it can be done by replacing updated files manually, the list of updated files you can find here:

Please do not forget about backup before any Joomla product update.

We found that the issue was with the images as they were not displaying. We have placed different images but the slider appears on the left regardless of the settings placed in the slider option. Not sure if there is a corrupted file or something else. Any Ideas?
You have too small images, the image width should be at least 2000px.

Regards, AS Team.

We tested with images that are 2000px and the result is once again the same:

The entire slider is set to be on the left side regardless of the size of the image. It seems like there is somewhere a code that is broken or a style which was set incorrectly but we cannot find it. Do you have any ideas what might cause this? We tried to replace the plugin and the template folder with no results.
For the full width slider the bootstrap parameter should be set to 0 columns, we fixed it for you.

We are experiencing some troubles editing the menu css. The problem is when browsing the site via tablet the product menu does not show very well. From the bellow screenshot you can see how the sub-sub-menu is hidden:

We tried to move it on the left side but the changes made in ext.asmenu.css did not take effect and of what we can see the there is a style applied from somewhere else. Are you able to assist on this?
The best way is to put your css in the style.custom.css file, the file you can find in the template's css folder.

Regards, AS Team.
We tried what you proposed but the change still does not take effect:

As you can see on the left side something is still forcing:
ul.sf-menu ul ul {
left: 205px;

Any other advises?
What is your website url please? We need to see it in case to help you.

Regards, AS Team.
Here is the URL:
Please do as the following:

ul.sf-menu ul ul
left: 205px !important;

Regards, AS Team.
Thanks for the help. Adding !important; resolved our issue.
Hi, what version of bootstrap is used in this template?
In our templates we are using the same Bootstrap version like Joomla uses, it is 2.x, for more info please see Joomla documentation here:
