Hello MACINFO,

Try to reinstall joomla, and leave default prefix. We not recommended change prefix after installation.

I've already try to leave default prefix. I've try to type "jos_" to ...

I try to reinstall joomla and leave default prefix one more time, but the problem is the same ...

Have you any ideas of the problem ?
What is the prefix you had type to configure the demo we can see online ?

Hello MACINFO,
It is not important which prefix you will put if you installing our template using the quickstart installation package.

Just follow the template installation guide and all should be fine:

Hi,

May be the prefix isn't important, but the problem is always the same when I try another time to do the quickstart installation. I follow the template installation guide another time with the default prefix, but ... the problem is another time the same ...
I try to watch your youtube video tutorial, but the video was deleted...

It seems your explanation isn't the right thing I have to do ...

I think I'll try to install without the sample data. It's really annoying.

It can be done in the templateDetails.xml, please look for the following fields: body_hfontfamily and body_fontfamily.
