Hello I bought a regular license template 2027, The installation file for some reason does not work well (Not all positions work and other errors) Maybe it is because I installed it, I deleted and tried again? Help me please, or check the files. Waiting for your answer. Lior

Hello ETL88WALLACOM,
Can you please let us know if you have installed it accordingly to the template documentation?
Have you used quick-start package? If you installing the template manually you have to install all necessary modules and config them through the Joomla! administration panel.
Our suggestion install this template using the quick-start package.
Here the preliminary domain: http://blah257.my4wheels.de/index.php/de/. How can I move the contents of the modules in position 6 next up so space still remains below for a small graphic? Or...between module (position 6) and module (position 8), i´ll take an another module - in moment moving the modulgraphics of position 8, when i do it. Best regards,

Hello SILKEL77,
Sorry, there is no such option, it should be developed.
Hi, I've tried following your article you referenced above, but that is exactly what I have done in the past and it still doesn't appear. I can't seem to get any menus to appear, but I can get a custom html, breadcrumbs, etc. to appear in position 1. Just can't get a menu to show.
I did start with your quickstart zip file, so I think I am missing a piece somewhere, but I'm not sure where.

Hello BBCJRAJ,
Accordingly to the source code of your site there are 2 scripts missed, or files broken:
<script src="/cibctest/templates/as002027/scripts/jquery-1.7.2.min.js" type="text/javascript">
<script src="/cibctest/templates/as002027/scripts/general.js" type="text/javascript">
Please check and replace with the original files from the template package.
Hi,
I have tried uploading these scripts - tried the ones in the quickstart zip and also in the premium zip. Didn't work. So I tried re-downloading the template files and uploading the scripts again. Still no luck. I ftp'd onto the site where I tried the free template, but the free version doesn't seem to have the same scripts. Is there someplace that I could get a copy of those scripts - or is there something else that I am missing that isn't correct?
Hi again,
I just tried uploading the template to a cloudaccess.net site and everything works fine. The website is on Bluehost. Does anyone know of some setting on Bluehost that causes a javascript to fail?

Could you tell me how to get the drop down menu to work that appears in position 1 just under the logo?
I have the premium version and it is not appearing. When I tried the free version, it appeared right away.
