As stated before the site is being built locally and the only problem is sample data not installing i have changed the value in php.ini from 30 to 300 with no effect. i dont know what to do here anymore i tried manually installing the sample data after the installation by adding it to phpmyadmin but with no effect.

I don't know if I will be able to use quick-start installation because I have already apps installed on the site, installing again might cost me all the apps installed as I was not the one that did the initial installation, I don't mind if there is other option or if there is a way you can help me fix it without loosing all the configuration I have on the site before. I have sms portal readily working on the site. Any other option will be appreciated. Thanks

I install joomla 3, as002031 premium, and mod as artslider but i can't choose slider becouse it's not here.

I install as002031 also i use instruction Administration Template manager . A list didn't have as002031.
