I have purchased this template (117-002036).
First, I have made a mistake abour the destination URL:
I have typed http://www.fysioflorianwde.nl.
This must be http://www.fysiofloriande.nl.
Secont I have instaled the quikstart option for
http://www.siccotest.nl/golriz for customizing the template.
When I go there, I receive the message:
The template for this display is not available. Please contact a Site administrator.
Please can you tell me what is wrong?

Our suggestion is completely reinstall the quick-start package, you have some missed files, probably the package was not fully unzipped.

I uploaded the quick-start zip file, unzipped it at the server and installed the site.
Unfortunataly, the same situation.

The issue with your site is fixed, the was an error in sql file. In few hours we will release a new package with updated and fixed quick-start installation package. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
the same problem as spwierin the quick installer add the AS002039 template to the database but it should be 002036

Just checked your site, it seems you was able to find in which classes you can change background colors.
You can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using Mozilla or Opera Fireblug plugin: https://getfirebug.com/
i bought the template 002036.
I installed joomla 3 and set this tamplate as defULT.
aLL I GET IS A GREEN ROUND BUTTON, WHEN i click on it, again a dumb green button.
The settings for the templaTE DOnt HELp.
there is a image folder, where to put?
There is a psd folder what to do?
now i could activate the splush picture, now a womans face is visible. But when i press the green button, i always come in the same site.

Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, here you can find some more info: http://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-documentation/117-002036
now another problem which I´m unable to resolve it.
I´ve configure a new contact, save it, published a new menu item pointing to this single contact.
the menu item is configured to display the contact forms.
looking at the frontend the form doesn´t show up!
switching to the joomla standard template, the form shows up.
tested with other as templates, no form shows up.
I´m using the standard contact component.
why the form doesn´t show up in all as templates?
