Unfortunately your license has expired.
You can keep using the template , but we are not providing support and you not able to download updated versions any more.
You can renew license in My Purchased Items in your AS Templates account. As well we provide 25% discount for license renewal.
Can you inform me of the time period for the "extended" license for Joomla template 002057 ?. Is renewal mandatory? Are there discounts and other benefits associated with extended license renewal?

The license grants you access to download the item/design for a period of 365 days after the date of purchase. During this period, the item/design will be upgraded regularly and your license grants you permission to download these upgrades. After your license expires, you may continue to use the templates your entitlements allow for, so the templates are not time-limited.
The license renewal discount is 25% of the template price.
I would like to install it as your example but without manual how can i do it?

Hello BOBOPICO,
You have to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

Yes, it should work, we tested it with PHP version 7.0.10, everything works just fine, but if you will have any problems please let us know.
To test if it works with PHP 7, I tried installing the free version Quickstart zip. I get the following error..
Fatal error: Cannot use Joomla\String\String as String because 'String' is a special class name in C:\xampp\htdocs\j3\libraries\vendor\joomla\registry\src\Format\Json.php on line 12
What do I need to do?

All such notes you can easy disable in your Joomla admin panel -> Global configurations -> Server by changing the Error report parameter to 'None'.

The Problem is in:
