We tried twice to update the template to Joomla! 3.7.3 but failed in both.
Do you have any update package for this template? (As you have included a Joomla_3.6.4-Stable-Update_Package.zip in quickstart.zip) If not, what you suggest us to do?

Thank you for the update. Yes, we tried to update to Joomla version
3.7.3 and after the update we got 404 error message so there was no website.
What exactly you mean "The template you do not need to update" ?
We have already received update notifications from backend.

We are sorry, there is some misunderstanding, template cannot be updated via Joomla backend, Joomla does not have such option.
What PHP version do you have on your server?

I recently bought a regular license. The kickstart worked fine, but I can't update it to 3.7.x. As soon as I apply an update the page only displays the custom 404 page.
I also tried to do a manual update to 3.6.5 and the 3.7.0 (instead of 3.7.5 directly) but as soon as you hit the 3.7 version, it's gone again.
