Hello,
I have tried to install this template "as002031_quickstart" both in Joomla 2.5 and in 3.0.
However none of these installations were succesful. In Joomla 2.5 after upload nothing happen and template didnt show up in the template list.
In joomla 3.0. message "installation was sucessful" show up there is no template in the list.
Was is wrong?

Sorry, it should be configured in Joomla, not in the template, please see in your Joomla admin panel -> Site -> Server -> Mail Settings.

we spent a few days to add some photos in the slider position.
We already bought perimum template and using Joomla 3.0.
When I go to Template Manager and click AS002031 and then click on "Option" , I can't find any option for sildes. There is no place to upload my pictures in to silder position. (I have never had this problem with Joomla 2.5).
Please help us to solve this problem.

Hello ARCMATIC,
This template doesn't have anymore built-in slider, instead we are using AS Nivo slider. You can find it in the template downloaded package -> extensions folder.
Our suggestion is install this template using the quick-start package, it will be much more easy to make your site looks our demo preview, you will save a lot of time.

I installed AS Nivo Slider, but when I choose the posion SLIDER. It dosen't show the pictures in the silder position. It shows under that position.

You have not configured the slider width, put it to 700px, that is a reason why we asked to install the quick-start package, at least on test server in case to see all parameters.
Thank you! Is not a double work when you do test first and then transfer and setup whole thing from beginning on the full-version? It could be wunerful if we could create out website just once with same setting.

Hello ARCMATIC,
The best way is install the template using quick-start package, it takes few minutes, you may install it on test server then check how everything works.
I have a quick-start package the on local computer, and I have a full version on the server. On the quick-start-package the motion text at position-6 works fine, but how can I fix at the full-version-package?
Our company paid for the full-version and we need a service on that.
Please don't worry about the complex instructions...we are the software developers we understand your instructions.

I have installed this template and the quick start. I am having a problem with modules that i add to positions in the footer of the template. For some reason i cannot get the title of the modules to show. I have compared my installation and that of the quickstart and cannot see where i am going wrong.
The title is on show for every module yet it still does not show. Everything is identical to that of the quick start modules that do show the title where am i going wrong?
