The quick-start installation package you have to install like regular Joomla installation, you can't install under extensions.
Before installation the package you have to delete all Joomla files. Please carefully read the template documentation.

It is not possible for me to install the Premium.Zip - also use the directory (unzipped) it does not work.
Click "Upload & install".
Install all plugins and extensions from the extensions folder.

Now please take the as002031_quickstart.zip file and unzip it directly on the server. Open your web browser and navigate to the folder that you uploaded your package to. After installing the quick-start installation package everything should work just fine, you will not need to install all extensions and the template one more time. Because you are working on the localhost we can't help. Please install the package on the live server.

Chronoforms module jQuery library is 1.8.1, we installed AS Nivo Slider with jQuery library 1.9.1 it still not working, sorry we can't help you, there is some problem with Chronoforms.

Are you trying to install the same template again?"
I tried to erase everything and start over again.
