i bought the regular license for the 002077 Template and installed it as explained. But when configurating the as-slider, the module position "AS-slider" is not available. There are only module positions as in the free version. What went wrong?

What is your site url please? Have you installed it using quick-start installation package?
I wanted to change the template of our actual website, so I only installed the template in an existing joomla 3 website.First of all I downloaded the free version and installed it on a local joomla 3 site on my computer, to see how it works. But as it didn´t show the modul positions as in the demo version and the documentation i bought the regular license, expecting to get all modul positions. Then, as it didn´t work, I installed the template (without installation package) to my existing actual joomla 3 .x website (www.hotelrhoenerland.de) I changed the standard template to 002077 but the modul positions are not available. So, in the end, I turned it back to my old template.When configurating a modul, such as the sequence slider, I can choose the modul position in the backend, but in the frontend it doesn´t appear. When typing the ?tp=1 -code, the positions as-Slider and as-content1-9 as well as as-footer1-3 are not shown. The SQL-Version is 5.5.44 and php 5.6

We recommend you to use PHP version 5.4.or 5.5, as we know some function which uses Joomla are depreciate in PHP version 5.6.
As well our suggestion is to install the template using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

How can I use my own logo? I tried through the template settings page, but the website keeps loading it without showing it.

We think it is blocked by AS LazyLoad plugin, please be sure your image is included in the Excluded images text area under the plugin Settings tab, or you can rename your image in 'logo.png' file.
another information, the template pack is complete of each components for developing any form in the demo?
Moreover , this template is compatible with the version 3.4.2. of Joomla?

Does your server support PHP Mailer? If not you have to set and config SMTP instead in your Joomla admin panel -> Global Configurations panel.

1. You try to display articles from new category ( see Module manager -> AS Sequence Slider -> Basic Options), but those articles doesn't have Full Article Image ( see Article manager -> category news -> your article -> Images and Links -> Full Article Image.
