I purchased this template as a Regular license for test for a single domain, but now I decided to use it with two domains. Is it possible to pay remaining 15 dollars and purchase Extended license?

Hello AS Team, I have a problem. After upgrade from Joomla 3.6.5 to 3.7.5 Contact page doesn´t display correctly. This is a known issue in Joomla 3.7.3 and it is fixed in version 3.7.5. But, in your template contact still not displayed correctly.
Is there a fix of html/com_contact/contact files?
