I'm trying to install your Quickstart version on a Go Daddy hosting account.
I've unzipped the package and begun the Joomla installation process. At the second page ...the "Data" tab, I filled in the fields, clicked the remove any existing database button and clicked "Next". I get the following message:
"Could not connect to the database. Connector returned number: Could not connect to MySQL."
Called Go Daddy and they figure it is something to do with the installation package. Can you offer any suggestions?

There is nothing wrong with the package.
We think you have put a wrong path to your database, as well please check your username and password

I remembered from another "quickstart" type install that one has to set up a database FIRST. That is not in your tutorial. I suggest you include it.
