1. You can do it under Menu Assignment tab in the GoogleMap module in position 'as-footer-1'.
2. It can be changed by editing css files. You can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using Firebug plugin:

I have checked there even before but found nothing in the intro image even fa fa-wrench was seen in the caption field. I even checked the images folder of the template and could not found them.

If you check the page, you will see that the module does not display as we have it in the demo and as it appears in the frontpage before assigning it to the page.
